Talent Release Form

By submitting this form, I consent and agree to the use of any photographic or video image of myself or my children, taken by an authorised photographer or videographer of Adelaide Venue Management, in their advertising and promotional materials, both printed and electronic, for all future purposes of promoting and publicising Adelaide Entertainment Centre. This includes but is not limited to social media, websites, brochures, and other marketing channels. I agree that Adelaide Venue Management may share these images with any other organisation or agency who many elect to use any images for marketing, promoting, and publicising purposes. I understand and agree that these images may be used indefinitely and I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final products. I further understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images. If I wish to withdraw my consent in the future, I may do so by contacting Adelaide Venue Management at [email protected].
