When do you provide the tickets for each event?
Corporate Suite holders can download their tickets via our online Suite Management Portal in advance of each event.
What happens if we lose our tickets?
All tickets can be cancelled and re-issued via our online Suite Management Portal.
When is the catering deadline?
All catering orders are required seven days prior to the event. Any orders received after this time may incur a $300 late fee.
Can we order different drinks to those offered within our Suite on the day?
Yes, however our preference is to have everything set up in your Suite as you’d like it prior to your arrival. If you would like something specific, please let our team know in advance.
What is the dress code?
As our Corporate Suites are private facilities, the dress code will be at the discretion of your host.
What do I do if my guests or I have any issues or questions during the event?
A member of our Corporate team is onsite at every event and our friendly event staff are always happy to help.
What are the requirements for entry from a COVID Safe perspective?
At the Adelaide Entertainment Centre, the health and wellbeing of our patrons and team members remains our top priority. As part of our COVID Safe measures, please note that the Adelaide Entertainment Centre is a COVID-19 fully vaccinated venue. All persons aged 16 years and older wishing to enter the venue need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a vaccine approved by the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration. Proof of vaccination will be reqiured upon entry.
What proof of vaccination is required?
To gain entry, guests need to show their COVID-19 Digital Certificate on their smart device OR provide personal photo identification and printed immunisation certificate. Any person with an official SA Health medical exemption will need to provide proof of a negative COVID test result for the 72 hour period prior to seeking entry and full exemption details. What additional COVID Safe measures are in place at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre?
In line with our government-approved COVID Management Plan, the following is a requirement for entry:
- Upon arrival, in addition to showing proof of vaccination (ages 16+), guests are required to check-in using the official SA Government COVID Safe QR-code and provide evidence of check-in upon request (ie display the ‘green tick’). For guests without a mobile phone, our staff will direct you to the manual check-in form.
- The wearing of masks is mandatory at all times when inside the venue, including when seated, except when eating or drinking. If you have a medical exemption, please provide evidence to our staff on arrival. Please note, children under 12 years old are not required to wear masks.
- Guests must take reasonable steps to maintain 1.5 metres physical distancing at all times.
