Tickets for concerts or events at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre are purchased directly through Ticketek online or phone 132 849.

Patrons with special needs (e.g. disabled, hearing or sight impairments, mobility restrictions) can fill out an Accessible Seating Booking Form or contact 1300 665 915.

Ticket sales and collections can also be made at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre Ticket Office or from a local Ticketek agency.

CHRISTMAS CLOSURE: As an agency, Ticketek’s last working day for 2023 will be Thursday 21 December. The shutdown period will commence from Friday 22 December 2023, returning on Monday 8 January 2024. The box office will be open as usual for the following 4 events over this period:

  • 23 December – Grinspoon
  • 24 December – 36ers v Brisbane Bullets
  • 28 December – 36ers v Perth Wildcats
  • 6 January – 36ers v Melbourne United
