- Adults & children, ages 2 and up, must EACH have a Magical Pass show ticket to attend. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Magical Pass information will be emailed out AT LEAST 5 DAYS before the day of the show.
- Character greeting included with Magical Pass starts 45 minutes before the show. They will conclude promptly 15 minutes before show time.
- You will EACH receive your collectable lanyard onsite at the venue on the day of the show at the designated location.

Ages 2+ at the date of show require a ticket for entry. Children under 2 admit free on the lap.
Concession Ticket – children 2-12, students, pensioners, senior citizens, unemployed. ID required upon request. Limited shows and price levels.
Note all tickets (including VIP) allow entry for a single admit seat only. No further inclusions apply.
