• Package elements are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

• The original package purchaser and all members of the party must be in attendance at the time of check-in and enter the venue together.
• A valid ID of the original purchaser is required.

• Please note that soundcheck will take place prior to the show, please plan on early arrival to the venue. 
• Merchandise is not needed for entry to the show. 
• Collectible laminate is commemorative only and does not gain or authorize access into the venue or backstage areas.  
• Official merchandise will be available for pick-up on the night of the show. Packager is unable to ship merchandise outside of Australia.

Age Restrictions:  VIP packages are available to all age categories eligible to purchase a ticket to the concert. Participants under 18 years of age may be required to be accompanied by a responsible adult (who also purchases a VIP package) when participating in elements of the VIP package, particularly where alcohol may be served at a pre-show function. 

Re-Sale Prohibited: All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold. 

No Refunds: VIP packages and contents are non-transferable and all sales are final.  There are no refunds or exchanges unless required by law. Name changes will be issued at the sole discretion of Frontier.

Package Details and Instructions: VIP instructions will be sent via email approximately 5 days before the concert. If you do not receive this email 5 days prior, please email [email protected]

Packages Subject to Change: All VIP package items and experiences (including any pre-show functions, times, locations and package inclusions) may vary from market to market and are subject to change at any time for any reason.  

Purchaser Information: You are responsible for ensuring your contact information (email and mail address) provided at the time of purchase is correct and current and Frontier is not responsible where incorrect information results in an undelivered product. 

Arrival Time: A component of your VIP package may require you to be at the venue at a designated time. This may be well before doors open.  If you arrive late to your designated time, you are deemed to have forfeited any missed components of the VIP package.

VIP Laminates: VIP laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The VIP laminate does not gain or authorise access into the venue or any backstage areas.

VIP Package Components (eg Merchandise): All VIP components are to be picked up at the venue, night of the show. 

Artist Interaction:  There is NO ARTIST INTERACTION OR INVOLVEMENT ON DAY OF SHOW.

COVID-19: there may be other requirements to ensure your safety and that of the Artist, their crew and the venue personnel. Frontier must consider stipulations from Government, Health Authorities, Artists and venues in determining the COVID Safe measures for the event.
