Ticketing & Accessible Seating
Disabled, Mobility Restricted, Sight Impaired Bookings
Adelaide Entertainment Centre offers accessible seating (wheelchair and mobility restricted seating) in both the Arena and Theatre, along with seating for accompanying companions.
Patrons with sight impairment who do not wish to sit in general seating areas may also purchase seats in this area.
To purchase an Accessible Ticket, simply click on the Accessible filter on the relevant event page to view the Accessible Ticketing types available for the event.
If Accessible Ticketing is not available online for your desired event, please contact Ticketek by completing the Accessible Ticket booking form or phoning 1300 665 915. Alternatively, bookings can be made via a Ticketek agency.
Please note, all seating is subject to availability at time of booking.
Hearing Augmentation System
Patrons who require hearing assistance can purchase seats in any area of the Arena or Theatre and have access to an FM audio system. Simply bring your analog FM receiver/headset and tune into 88.3FM for events in the Arena or 88.1FM for events in the Theatre.
Companion Card
Adelaide Entertainment Centre is an affiliate of the Companion Card Program. Companion Card bookings can be made by contacting Ticketek via the Accessible Seating booking form or phoning 1300 665 915. Alternatively, bookings can be made via a Ticketek agency.
Accessing Your Seats
Arena Floor Level Stairs
Seating in Sections A – P is located on the Arena Floor, accessible via 31 stairs from Doors 2, 4, 19 and 21.
Arena Foyer Level Stairs
Access to Sections 5 – 32 is via stairs up from the Foyer Level. There are a minimum of seven (7) stairs up to Row A and a maximum of 46 stairs up to Row P.
Access to Sections 1 – 4 is via stairs down from the Foyer Level. There are a maximum of three (3) stairs down to Row GG and a maximum of 15 stairs down to Row AA.
There are no stairs to the designated wheelchair areas which can be accessed directly from the Foyer (Ground) Level. There are three (3) stairs down to the mobility restricted seating in Row GG.
Theatre Stairs
Retractable, tiered bleacher seating may be utilised at the very rear of the venue for select events staged in the Theatre. Patrons that book these seats are required to climb stairs.
Arriving at the Centre
Accessible Parking
Adelaide Entertainment Centre offers a number of accessible parking spaces close to the Centre’s entrances. These are clearly marked with the accessible parking symbol.
For event days, accessible parking must be pre-booked. To book, submit an enquiry here or contact our team during business hours on (08) 8208 2222. Please have your Disability Parking Permit number ready.
Please note, accessible parking is subject to availability at time of booking and standard parking rates apply. A valid Disability Parking Permit must be clearly displayed on vehicles at all times.
Drop-off Areas
Patrons with reduced mobility are welcome to be dropped by the entrance closest to their ticketed door number. To arrange this access, please speak to a team member at the Gate on arrival and they will direct you accordingly.
Amenities & Services
Wheelchair Access
Wheelchair access is available at all external entry points to the Arena at Ground Level. Wheelchair access to the Theatre is available at Door 1 (Ground Level) and via Door 3, Door 4 and Door 5 by way of the disabled ramp which services the Theatre Terrace.
Toilet Facilities
All gender accessible toilet facilities with larger, wider cubicles are available throughout the venue.
Food & Beverage Outlet Accessibility
All onsite food and beverage outlets in both the Arena and Theatre are accessible via wheelchair.
First Aid Rooms
Adelaide Entertainment Centre has dedicated first aid facilities onsite, including defibrillators.
The Arena has first aid rooms adjacent to Doors 1 and 12 at Foyer Level, and another located at Arena Floor Level. The Theatre has a first aid room located in its Foyer.
Qualified first aid staff are readily available, with St John’s Ambulance staff in attendance at most concerts.

Service Animals
Adelaide Entertainment Centre welcomes registered service animals, including trained guide, hearing and assistance dogs. A water bowl is available at the Arena Cloak Room to provide comfort for service animals if required.
