Conveniently located on the edge of the Adelaide CBD, Adelaide Entertainment Centre is easily accessible via both car and public transport.
Access to Adelaide Entertainment Centre is via three different entrances. Please check your ticket for your best designated entry.
Car
Parking
Adelaide Entertainment Centre offers more than 1,400 onsite car parking spaces, accessible via Mary Street, Manton Street or Adam Street only.
Please note, Adelaide Entertainment Centre accepts payment via card only for all onsite charges, including car parking, food and beverages.
After major events, please allow additional time for possible delays when exiting the car park.
On Adelaide United match days, a parking fee of $8 applies, payable by EFTPOS upon arrival at the car park entry.
Park ‘n’ Ride
Adelaide Entertainment Centre’s Park ’n’ Ride provides one of Adelaide’s most convenient and affordable parking solutions, ideal for city-bound commuters. To avoid CBD traffic delays and parking fees; simply park at Adelaide Entertainment Centre and catch the FREE city tram from the Entertainment Centre Tram Stop.
One-way travel to the CBD takes approximately 10 – 12 minutes, with frequent tram services operating during peak morning and afternoon travel periods.
Park ‘n’ Ride Rates
- $5* Park ‘n’ Ride fee is applicable between 5am – 6.30pm daily for entry prior to 5pm
- $18* fee is applicable for overnight parking from 5pm – 5am next day

Accessible Parking
Adelaide Entertainment Centre offers a number of accessible parking spaces close to the Centre’s entrances. These are clearly marked with the accessible parking symbol.
For event days, accessible parking must be pre-booked. To book, submit an enquiry here or contact our team during business hours on (08) 8208 2222. Please have your Disability Parking Permit number ready.
Please note, accessible parking is subject to availability at time of booking. A valid Disability Parking Permit must be clearly displayed on vehicles at all times.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Designated drop-off zones are available on Port Road outside Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Please ensure you check local signage carefully before parking or dropping off / picking up passengers.
- Chauffeur-driven, ride-share, and private vehicles – A designated passenger drop-off zone for is located on Port Road after the traffic lights when travelling West (in front of Adelaide Entertainment Centre’s Theatre). This area is clearly signed to indicate where stopping is permitted for a maximum 2 minutes for drop-off or pick-up only.
- Taxis – A designated taxi zone is located on Port Road before the traffic lights when travelling West (in front of Adelaide Entertainment Centre’s main entrance). This area is clearly signed for taxis to drop-off and pick-up passengers.
Please note that during peak event times, all areas surrounding the Centre may experience significant congestion. We recommend those travelling to an event allow extra time and plan their trip accordingly.
Public transport
Public transport is the quickest and easiest way to get to Adelaide Entertainment Centre. Trains, trams and buses operated by Adelaide Metro provide direct access to the Centre. Be sure to plan your journey in advance and allow extra travel time for any delays or disruptions.
Tram
A free tram service operates daily between Adelaide Entertainment Centre and Adelaide city centre, with frequent tram services available during peak travel periods.
The Entertainment Centre Tram Stop is located immediately infront of the Centre on Port Road.
Please note, additional tram services will often by provided for Adelaide Entertainment Centre event days.
Bus
A number of bus stops are located within close proximity (50 – 80 metres) to Adelaide Entertainment Centre.
Buses directly passing the Centre include 150 and 157.
Train
Bowden Railway Station is located approximately 150 metres from Adelaide Entertainment Centre, offering easy pedestrian access.
Taxi
There are taxi ranks located on both sides of Port Road in close proximity to the main entry of Adelaide Entertainment Centre, providing a safe and efficient way to hail a taxi.
Cycle
Bicycle Parking
Bicycle parking rails are available in front of Adelaide Entertainment Centre for cyclists to securely park their bicycles. Cyclists must provide their own locks to use the bicycle parking rails.
